Statement

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use the product is at your own sole risk. Flow+ will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, consequential or incidental damages resulting from your use of any of the product or from any other claim related in any way to your use of the product, including without limitation, any careless use, misuse, fails to comply with the product’s instructions, fail to comply with applicable laws and regulations, etc.
The item illustrations showed on the website are for display purposes only, may not be exact, and are not necessarily included in the product set and/or purchase price. Flow+ is not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors, and specifications change without notice.
All items offered for sale are subject to availability. Flow+ makes every effort to provide you with an error-free Web site. However, in the event there is a misprint, Flow+ reserves the right to correct copy or pricing to reflect the actual current status.

Order and Shipment

Courier Service
We will be using either Pos Malaysia or GDex as our main courier service company.

Delivery Lead Time
Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business day(s) if they are placed before 12 noon, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery lead times are within 5 – 7 working days for your order to arrive (does not include custom clearance).

Flow+ is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to uncontrollable events or courier errors or delay in customs clearance.

Sale / Promotional Periods
During peak sale / promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.

It is advised to place your order in advance for festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, Christmas etc.

Shipping Charges
All transactions are transacted in the local currency of Ringgit Malaysia.

Flow+ is not responsible for any import taxes, duties, brokerages fees or any other fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment for clearance into the country.

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.

The forex currency rate is calculated by the payment gateway.

You understand and agree that as to pre-orders, Flow+ may not guarantee to supply sufficient product to every customer. Flow+ shall reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, or supply less than the pre-ordered quantity at any time, based on the actual supply situation. Flow+ will notify you in time if such situation occurs.

You can cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. If you submit a cancellation request for an order that has already been shipped, Flow+ will process your refund only after the ordered product(s) has been returned to Flow+’s warehouse. To track your order’s shipment status, please log in to your Flow+ account. If you placed your order as a guest, please check the shipping status email sent by Flow+. If you request refund before Flow+ confirms the payment, please contact customer service of Flow+ Store, Flow+ will give you priority to deal with your request.

After Sales Policy

Exceptions to Service & Support
Flow+ shall provide repair services that are necessary because of any existing defect or a defect occurs in materials or workmanship in the system or in any system component covered by this Agreement. Preventive maintenance is not included. Repairs necessitated by software problems, or as a result of alteration, adjustment, or repair by anyone other than Flow+ (or its authorized representatives) are not included.

Unless expressly provided by mutual agreement of Flow+ and the Customer in writing and/or by the terms of a Service Description, Flow+’s service and support do not include support which is necessitated as a result of any cause other than a result of Flow+’s neglect or fault, including, without limitation: –

(a) Failure or fluctuation of electric power, air conditioning, humidity control or other environmental conditions; or
(b) Accident, transportation, neglect, misuse, abuse or default of or by the Customer its employees or agents or any third party, including but not limited to broken or cracked plastics; or
(c) Any fault in any products or components which are not supplied by Flow+, whether or not
(i) They form part of a Customer’s configuration of the Products; or
(ii) They comprise the Customer’s configuration and the Products form an integral part of them; or
(d) Any fault in attachments or associated products or components (whether or not supplied by Flow+) which do not form part of the Products covered by this Agreement and/or under the relevant Service Offering; or
(e) Any fault in the Products caused by the failure of any products or components not supplied by Flow+; or
(f) Act of God, lightning, fire, flood, war, act of violence or any similar occurrence; or
(g) Any attempt by any person other than Flow+ personnel or any person authorized by Flow+ (via the telephone or otherwise) or an authorized Flow+ sub-contractor, to adjust, repair or support the Products.

Unless expressly provided by mutual agreement of Flow+ and the Customer in writing and/or by the terms of a Service Description, Flow+’s service & support do not include: –
(a) Support of non-Flow+ branded Products (even though they may have been supplied by Flow+ and form part of the Product) or Products which are not standard Flow+ assemblies or configurations as defined on Flow+’s published price list. The Customer agrees that where such of the Products are covered by a relevant manufacturer’s warranty to utilize that warranty for the support of such Products and in any event not look to Flow+ for such support;
(b) Services at places other than the Customer’s address specified on the Invoice except where Flow+ specifically agrees otherwise;
(c) The correction or avoidance of software defects or errors or the loading or re-loading of a Customer’s application software or the Customer’s data or any re-configuration of the Products beyond loading the operating system software (ie basic install of the OS and Drivers using the factory supplied CDs) as carried out before shipment
(d) Repair or renewal of diskettes, printing ribbons, typefaces or other consumable supplies;
(e) Electrical or other environmental work external to the Products; and
(f) The support of any attachments or associated products which do not form part of the Products.

Refund / Exchange Policy

Collection of Products by Flow+, or its appointed carrier and/or its authorized sub-contractor for the purposes of this Agreement shall not be construed as invalidating the exceptions stated above and shall not imply that Flow+ accepts the validity of any customer’s claim.

A refund will not be provided where:
a. You don’t require the delivery people to return the product if the product is damaged when you receive;
b. The refund was requested beyond 7 calendars days of purchase;
c. Product sent back for refund does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new condition, i.e., with cracks, dents or scratches;
d. Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with;
e. Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation;
f. Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration;
g. Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike.

A replacement will not be provided where:
a. Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with;
b. Product sent back for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or contains items damaged by user error;
c. The replacement was requested beyond 15 calendars days upon receipt of the product;
d. Product is found to have no manufacturing defects after appropriate tests are conducted by FLOW+ Technical Support.
e. Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
f. Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
g. Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike.

STRICTLY NO exchange for items sold under / such as Flat Price, Mark Down, and Stock Clearance items, which you will see the term [Not valid for Exchange] in the Invoice.
Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.
If in our sole opinion, the goods you have returned to us are not faulty or damaged, and correctly correspond to the description displayed on our website, or they have not been returned in accordance with our return policies or they have not been returned in accordance within the relevant returns period from receipt of order, you will not be entitled to an exchange and we will return the goods to you at your costs and expense.

Exchanges by Courier

Customers who wish to return / exchange items on their order may do so according to our return & exchange policy. The customer is solely responsible and liable for the courier charges, costs and expenses. We advise all customers to return products via a recordable or tracked means as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

The goods are your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please make sure it is packed properly and securely to avoid any damages. All goods will be inspected on return. As we try to accept all returns, should an item that is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost or dispose it accordingly. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.

We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchange received after 15 days of the invoice date. Furthermore, we reserve the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy guidelines, in which event, we shall return the merchandise to you at your expense. You are required to pay the shipping and all return charges within fourteen (14) days upon notification, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the merchandise, and the same shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.
